Rules

The Site

All rubbish to be taken off site and no food to be stored in vans as this will help us to prevent vermin problems.

Water brought to the site may only be used for caravan cleaning.

No pets to run loose. This is our home and we do not want the responsibility of cleaning up pet waste.

Strictly no staying on the site overnight.

No congregating on the site. This is a family home, so please respect our privacy.

Strictly no travellers.

Access

We will not allow access and removal before 7:00am or after 8:00pm unless incidents on return cause delay (if this is the case please keep us informed).

We require notice of all returns and removals.

Security

Only two car registrations numbers will be registered to each plot.

Only vehicles with number plates we have on record can be given access for removals and returns. Unknown vehilces will be refused access.

Addresses and phone numbers must be supplied to us.

Middle Farm will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to your caravan which is left entirely at your own risk.

Insurance must be provided by yourselves and, if possible, a copy of your insurance documents is to be left with us. If this is not possible, we must have sight of the documents along with a signed statement stating you are fully insured.

Caravans will be inspected upon initial arrival and any damage noted. Returned caravans will also be checked for damage sustained off-site before re-entry.

Safety

Please be sure to close all gates on entering and exiting the property - we have animals roaming.

Please drive with caution - there are children and animals on the site.

We would prefer gas bottles to be removed. If this is not possible, please be sure they are stored in a correct and safe manner.

Fees

The full annual fee will be paid in full on the day of arrival.

We will contact you by phone, post or email when your annual renewal is due.

If you do not renew, your caravan must be removed from the premises.

Plot rental can be terminated by you or us with one month's notice.

We have the right to terminate the rental without refund if any of these rules are not respected.

Caravan storage is per annum only. Please do not request a shorter term.
